Approach / Expertise

TPG provided planning assistance to Cargo Brewery with their development at Waitiri Creek in Gibbston, with this involving the expansion of an existing winery development to incorporate a brewery, outdoor areas, and securing the use of the site as an event venue. More recently TPG have provided assistance in securing resource consent for a number of specific large-scale concerts at the site, including Ben Harper, Fat Boy Slim, and The Black Seeds.
