* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning.

* A confident communicator with attention to a clear written word is a must – communication is the backbone of what we do.

* A positive can-do attitude.

* Do what you say you are going to do, don’t just talk the talk – we have a team full of doers.

* A knack to think outside the box – most people can regurgitate a rule or a policy, but we want you to understand the mechanics of how it all works, and how it can be applied in practice to give our clients the best advice possible.
